Response time. We reply to most messages within two to three business days.

Coaching availability. Places are limited and open in small groups through the year. If the calendar is full, we'll tell you when the next opening is.

Medical questions. We're health educators, not physicians. For diagnosis, medication, or acute injury, please speak with your doctor first. We're happy to work alongside their guidance.
